A specific request to a person first becomes a work candidate. It becomes a task only after a person reviews it and the owner and action are clear.
If there are still decisions to make, it stays in Discussion instead.
Discussion is a conversation worth following to an answer
When a conversation or issue continues, it stays in Discussion. This keeps ideas, hypotheses, unresolved questions, and product seeds from getting lost.
When the conversation stops, it moves to STASH. STASH is not followed or reminded for now. Start talking again when it matters, and move the conversation back to Discussion.
