AI has made execution faster.

At the same time, time spent waiting for review and approvalstill remains.

Katasu organizeswhere and why work is stuck.

Whose decision is needed? What is missing to make it?

AI gathers the information needed so thatpeople can focus on decisions.

* An example of how work progresses

From “Who should I ask?”
to “What do we need to know to decide?”

* Rolling out progressively

Even when AI can execute work,
people must decide the goal and how much to delegate.

Based on the state of work and past decisions, Katasu asks
what people need to decide now.

Once the decision is made, execution goes to AI agents such as Codex.

Frequently asked questions

How is Katasu different from other task and reminder tools?

Many task tools become disconnected because the place where work starts is separate from the place where it is managed.

While reminder tools follow registered tasks, Katasu uses AI to understand the current state of work from conversations and track changes.

How are members counted?

Members who view or edit tasks in Katasu or participate in task management count toward the member total.

Conversations in connected Slack channels are tracked, including posts from members who do not use Katasu.

How can we see the work of the whole team?

A kanban view shows who owns what and which work is stuck without searching through conversations again.

Project features for grouping multiple channels are planned.

What happens when we reach the AI quota?

When the quota is reached, AI processing pauses and you are notified in Slack.

Processing can resume automatically when the quota renews.

AI usage and limits

Does editing a Slack message update the task?

Existing tasks are not automatically rewritten when Slack messages are edited.

Katasu does not store Slack message content and retrieves the latest conversation from Slack when needed.

Can I use Katasu from AI agents such as Codex or Claude Code?

Use Katasu CLI to view and update tasks from a terminal or AI agent.

JSON output is supported, so agents such as Codex and Claude Code can use it too.
